Baking without compromise.

BishopBrownies started with a simple search for the perfect texture, that elusive balance between a gooey centre and a crisp top. What began as a weekend obsession in my home kitchen has grown into a small-batch bakery sending treats across the UK.

We don’t use industrial mixers or artificial preservatives.. We just use proper ingredients my grandma would recognise. It’s a small operation, only producing a few dozen brownies a week, and that’s exactly how we like it - it mean every box that leaves our kitchen has been checked, wrapped, and packed by hand.

Proper Chocolate

I believe a product can only be as good as its ingredients so the chocolate we  used is from 72% organic Fairtrade dark chocolate couverture, made using cocoa beans from the Dominican Republic.

Attention To Detail

We have developed our recipe through extensive trial and error over a number of years. No stone has been left unturned in order to squeeze the most amount of flavour into our bakes.
