  • 1. Ordering & Payment

    By placing an order on our website, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are inclusive of all taxes but exclude delivery costs, which are calculated at checkout.

    2. Allergens & Ingredients

    Safety is our priority. A full list of ingredients and allergens is provided on each product page and will be included in the physical packaging of your brownies.

    3. Shipping & Delivery

    We ship across the UK using Royal Mail Tracked24.

    • Dispatch: Orders received by midnight on Saturday will be baked and dispatched the following Monday.

    • Delivery Address: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the delivery address provided is correct. We cannot be held responsible for lost items due to incorrect address information.

    • Delayed Delivery: While we use tracked services, we cannot 100% guarantee a specific delivery date. We are not liable for delays caused by the courier.

    4. Returns & Refunds

    Under UK Law (The Consumer Contracts Regulations), the "right to cancel" does not apply to perishable goods like food.

    • Non-Refundable: Once brownies have been dispatched, we cannot offer a refund or exchange if you change your mind.

    • Damaged Goods: If your brownies arrive in an unsatisfactory condition, please message us on Instagram within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage and the packaging. We will investigate and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or a partial/full refund.

    5. Storage & Shelf Life

    To enjoy your brownies at their best, please follow the storage instructions provided in your box. We recommend consuming them within 5 days of receipt. We are not responsible for the quality of the product if it is stored incorrectly (e.g., in direct sunlight or damp conditions).
